Bello's biography shows that she was studying law when she took
a drama class in college and discovered that she had the talent
for acting. This is certainly true in her movies, History
of Violence, The Cooler, and The Jane Austen Book Club, a
very enjoyable movie where her scenes with Hugh Dancy are fun to
watch, because they show the confidence in their parts in each
scene (Actors claim insecurities, but when working, the
confidence shows). Her characters are unlike each other in these three
movies that you sense and appreciate her talent.
