 Tom
Welling Model. This was his occupation before making the
choice to turn to acting. This is not a surprise since
many in the "photogenic" business usually criss-cross
into similar careers. For example, musicians become actors
and vice versa. Models become actors and vice versa.
Although, Tom Welling continues to "model" in his many
publicity shoots.
Thus, if you take a photogenic
model, take a picture of him and put him on a magazine, and this
model decides to add speech and movement into his job, this is
what Tom Welling did. Consider the change from silent
pictures to motion pictures. :-)
Fortunately, once in a while, a
model turned actor, can prove there is something more behind
those pretty eyes that make his teen fans go crazy. Tom
Welling has done just that. Will he do the same for the
older fans? Time will tell.
