 A Fact about
Johnny Depp was revealed during his guest appearance on the
Tonight Show With Jay Leno while Depp was promoting Charlie
and the Chocolate Factory.
Leno asked Depp about his early employment days and Depp
confirms that he worked as a gas station attendant and then was
asked to do work in the garage as a mechanic, but because Depp
did not know anything about being a mechanic, he was fired from
his job. Also
during this guest appearance, Depp says that there is a very
good chance Keith Richards will play a part in the second
Pirates of the Caribbean.
Eva Mendes,
who was the next guest, and who was great in Hitch (great
entertainment during a plane flight), talked about how funny
Depp was. Her
account of Depp’s humor can be shown during his guest
appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman.
Depp was talking about his son who was learning how to
walk. Depp
described this something like—“It was like teaching a drunk
how to walk.”
